SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Thekoshercook.com assumes 'Gifts can’t wait - If you ordered it, you need it, and you need it now!' and that's why we will make sure that your order ships immediately. Most orders will ship the same day as the order was placed, while others may take not more than 3-5 business days, we also take responsibility that your order should arrive safe and secure without any damages, in the rare event this happens, we will take the item back and send you a new one absolutely free. 

ORDERING

Ordering at thekoshercook.com is guaranteed to be pleasant and convenient. As soon as your order is placed you will receive an Order confirmation Email at the e-mail address you provided us during checkout, and your order number will be included. Please have your order number handy when contacting us with any inquiry. 

As soon as we receive your order our system instantly checks to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected].

Pricing is actually what makes us really shine! We have made sure that our prices can usually beat all advertised merchants, by stocking most of our items in our own full functional warehouse, and by extensive research and years of experience, we have written agreements with vendors and merchants all across the board that ensure our reputation of better service along with better pricing lives on. We accept all major credit cards, as well as most online checkout methods such as PayPal, Amazon checkout, etc., we also have constantly running promotions and 'Free shipping' offers, please see their terms initially

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders placed via this website are secure. This means that your credit card number and all other sensitive information will be protected by encryption.

We also accept checks or money orders.  There will be a $25.00 service charge on returned checks.   Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders from first-time customers.

Overseas customers please note: The most convenient method of payment for foreign orders is by credit card, since the exchange rate is automatically calculated at the best available rate of exchange.

You can also wire electronically to our bank account, please email us for account information.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
