The Royal Challah PanTM is a big success. People love to bake all types of challahs in these pans. They are great time savers for the frequent baker and wonderful for producing gluten-free challahs so that they get a braided shape.
Here are a couple of additional helpful hints for our customers:
1. The overall size of the Royal Challah pan measures 6" wide x 12" long x 4" deep. What is spectacular about this Royal Challah pan is that you can bake a challah this large or smaller. Simply fill the pan with the amount of dough you want your challah to yield. You can bake a 1lb. challah or a 1 1/2 lb. challah. The amount of dough you fill in the pan will determine the size of your challah.
2. Baking times may vary depending on your dough and oven, so bake challah as your recipe says and just take them out and invert for the last 10 minutes to get them shiny and crispy.
